Collection: Sonja Taylor-Jones

Sonja Taylor-jones studied Jewellery design in Bristol but in recent years has found a new passion for working with clay. Her vessels are inspired by the British coast with birds wheeling through clear blue skies and also what is found beneath the waves. Their form is reminiscent of found objects that have spent years hidden in the wreck of a tea clipper or schooner that met its end in a treacherous maritime storm. As a reminder of her love of working with precious metal, each vessel has one bird gilded with 24 carat gold leaf.
