Olivier Desvaux

Olivier Desvaux was born in 1982 in Rouen. He studied applied arts at the Estienne School and graduated from École Nationale Supérieure des Arts Décoratifs in Paris in 2006. 

In search of light, Olivier is a fan of plein air painting and enjoys traveling with his easel. He returns to his studio with new inspirations, expressing his vision of the landscape, the elements, and light.

He lives in Rouen, France and has exhibited in France and Japan. In 2018, he was appointed Official Painter of the French Navy.
