Iconic Landscapes

'St Margaret's At Cliffe' by Max Angus. Oil on canvas, 75 x 100cm.
Max Angus is one of Britain's leading wildlife printmakers with her work recently selected for the Royal Academy Summer Exhibition. We're delighted to have her latest paintings in the gallery. Along with this cliff painting, there are also beach scenes that include her signature birds - oystercatchers and snow buntings.
'Dover Harbour Arm' by Nicholas Wood. Tissue paper collage, 96 x 130cm framed.
Nicholas Wood makes these beguiling scenes out of fine tissue paper. Their large scale and solid scenes belie the delicacy and intricacy of the medium. We also have a magnificent landscape piece of the white cliffs of Dover.
'The Rest Of Me Is Hidden Because It Has To Be No.2 (Deal Shelter)' by Ben Fenton. Oil on canvas, 50 x 50cm.
We've had new paintings by Ben Fenton arrive at the gallery. They include this lovely piece of an iconic Deal shelter on the seafront. Part of his ongoing study of these well loved structures which have become a highly collectable. If you've been after one, don't delay in having a look.
